Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing products from our website, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the date you receive your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email. Your message should clearly include your name, address, email address, order number, and the items you wish to return.
You must return the products to us promptly and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, safe delivery back to us, and ensuring the products remain in good condition during return.
Products must be returned well-packaged and sent only by registered mail via PostNord woth tracking number.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund corresponding to any decrease in value if the product is used or damaged upon return.
Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken
- Custom-made products tailored specifically for you, such as resized gemstones and engraved items.

Complaints and Defects
We inspect all products before shipping. Should a product arrive damaged or incorrect, we will rectify the issue free of charge in accordance with consumer protection legislation.
If you discover a defect, contact us immediately for approval before returning the item.
How to File a Complaint
Report any errors or defects to our email, providing your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue.
We will remedy the defect or provide a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping costs for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if the product is not defective according to consumer protection legislation. We follow guidelines from the Swedish National Board of Complaints.
