Shipping & Delivery
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically dispatched the same day or within one business day (weekdays). Please note that during summer months, delivery times may be extended to 1-3 weeks due to holiday schedules. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us by email and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
If you experience any unexpected delays beyond our stated delivery timeframe, please reach out to us via email so we can assist you.
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, we reserve the right for occasional delays in exceptional circumstances.
Should your package arrive damaged or broken, please contact PostNord directly at your delivery location to file a claim.
Packages are held at the delivery location for 14 days. If your package is returned to us due to non-collection, a handling fee of SEK 150 will apply to cover our costs.
